From the early age of 15 when working a holiday job in a Wine & Spirits store, I knew my calling was the Hospitality Industry.

A chance holiday overseas at the tender age of 16 opened my eyes to the beauty of Hotels such as Raffles in Singapore and the Golden Sands in Penang, Malaysia. This solidified my desire to follow a path in Hospitality and Hotel Management.

A fortuitous start to my hospitality career at the Regent Auckland set the stage for a set of life changing experiences in the industry.

Over the following years I have worked globally in USA, Japan, India, China and South East Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives, Phillippines, Bangladesh). With a solid grounding in the Hotel Industry as a F&B Director, Hotel Manager, General Manager, Corporate Director of Operations and in the Restaurant Industry as Executive Vice President (COO equivalent) of two Multi Unit/Multi Country Restaurant Companies operating globally recognized international restaurant brands. I bring a global and varied approach to all I do. With experience as a franchisor, franchisee, as part of a Hotel Management company and in JV’s/Partnerships, I have not only done the hard work, I have experienced the trials and tribulations, ups and downs, mistakes and successes of the industries I have worked within. I’m the  “REBEL MIND” working “mind in mind” with REBEL HOSPITALITY on Communication, Mindset and Performance.

With a degree in Hospitality Management, and a career path with Four Seasons, Richey and Mobil Travel Guide, coupled with my extensive knowledge and experience as an Executive Coach & NLP Trainer, I utilize my International working experience to its greatest advantage within the human side of REBEL HOSPITALITY…

I was hired by Four Seasons out of University and started at the Houston property. I continued working with Four Seasons from Houston to Austin, Tokyo to Singapore.

In Singapore, I left the hotel to work with Richey and then Mobil Travel Guide doing inspections and consulting, running Mobil Travel Guide’s office in Singapore.

The crash of 2008 gave me an opportunity to start working in Neuro Linguistic Programming as a coach and then trainer. I’ve had the pleasure of working with senior executives from Maersk, IBM, Shell, UPS, Snyder Electric, NCR, as well as start ups and entrepreneurs for over 15 years in multiple different countries. The practical tools & skills of NLP combined with the scientific-based research of HeartMath Resiliency programs enables me to deliver concrete results for my clients.

Today, not only do I continue to coach executives, I also train people to be excellent coaches whether that is within their organisation or within their own business.
